Thimerosal, a mercury-based preservative used in vaccines since 1929, has never been tested for safety to determine its effects on healthy babies.
The confirmation came in 2001, when William Egan, then director of the FDA’s Office of Vaccine Research and Review, admitted under oath that mercury had never been tested in humans to guarantee its safety. The chilling details of the sworn statement:
• The FDA official admitted that thimerosal has not been tested in people, except for some early tests in 1929 and accidental exposure cases.
• The only known test was carried out in 1929 by the pharmaceutical company Lilly, experimenting with 27 people who were dying of meningitis.
• All 27 of these people died of meningitis, and yet it was determined that there was no correlation between the deaths and the injected mercury.
• When asked if he could guarantee that the amount of mercury injected into a baby would not harm them, Egan admitted that it is "impossible to make those 100% categorical statements." So, what’s happening with this issue now? Recently, Kennedy approved removing flu vaccines containing thimerosal from federal guidelines. Following this decision, the United States will stop distributing all influenza vaccines that use this mercury-based preservative. Until the last season, between 4% and 5% of flu vaccines administered in the U.S. came from vials that still used thimerosal.
Why in Arg. this information does not get around? Why is it only being shared by small channels like ours, which don't even reach 0.05% of the population, while the big media look the other way?

Y acá va la gran pregunta: ¿por qué en países como la Argentina esta información no circula? ¿Por qué solo la difunden pequeños canales como el nuestro, que no llegamos ni al 0,05% de la población, mientras los grandes medios miran para otro lado?
