Scottish nurse Sandie Peggie won a partial victory at Scotland's Labour Court after being suspended from her job for refusing to share a women's locker room with transgender doctor Beth Upton. The court ruled that the UK's National Health Service (NHS Fife) engaged in harassment against the nurse by suspending her for expressing discomfort at the presence of a person she considered "a biological man" in a space reserved for women.
