Recuerden que el antipapa francisco atacó la Misa en Latín en la fiesta de Nuestra Sra. del Carmen (16 de Julio), así que el día siguiente, 17, fue un día aciago para los verdaderos católicos… Este febrero 17, 2022, luego de 3 días de alegría porque Rusia retiraba soldados que cercaban Ucrania y el parlamento ruso pedía que los territorios ocupados sean independientes, también fue un día triste… luego de que el 16 (todos los 16 son días de Nuestra Sra. del Carmen) la gente en Ucrania celebrara cantando el día de la invasión que no fue y lo declararon día de la Unidad de Ucrania… vino el aciago 17…. Porque habiendo sido excomulgados por Jesucristo el 5 de febrero a las 18:50 hora arg. (poco antes de las 11 de la noche en Europa), los obispos satánicos y demás clero y falsos católicos no se quieren ir del Vaticano ni de lo que tiene que ver con la Iglesia. (5 más DOCE da 17).

Y es hora que los verdaderos obispos y sacerdotes que quedan espabilen ya que el reptil está trabajando para convertirlos en “Iglesia en salida de la iglesia”) y de la misma manera que nuestro trabajo básico son rosarios y sacrificios… el verdadero nombre de Nuestra Sra. de Fátima es Nuestra Sra. del Rosario. La Santísima Virgen es Siempre Victoriosa… la pregunta es cuántos quieren estar fielmente junto a Ella. Examinen los Mensajes de Nuestra Sra. de las Rosas.

[antipapa]Francisco ha destituido al obispo conservador Daniel Fernández Torres, de la diócesis de Arecibo, en Puerto Rico, sin un procedimiento formal, por acusaciones de desobediencia y falta de colegialidad con otros obispos puertorriqueños.
"Se me informó que no había cometido ningún delito pero que supuestamente 'no había sido obediente al Papa ni había estado en suficiente comunión con mis hermanos obispos de Puerto Rico'", dijo. "Se me sugirió que si renunciaba a la diócesis quedaría al servicio de la Iglesia por si en algún momento se me necesitaba en algún otro cargo; una oferta que de hecho demuestra mi inocencia".

El obispo Fernández Torres, de 57 años, firme defensor de la vida y la familia y opositor a los mandatos de la vacuna COVID, protestó el miércoles en un comunicado por su destitución, que calificó de "totalmente injusta".

La destitución del obispo Fernández Torres se produjo después de que se negara a unirse a una declaración emitida por los otros seis obispos de Puerto Rico en agosto, en la que se anunciaba que los fieles serían segregados en la Misa en función de su estado de vacunación contra la COVID-19.

La carta de agosto también imponía un estricto mandato de vacunación para el clero y los empleados de la Iglesia y afirmaba que "no hay base" en la enseñanza católica para rechazar la vacunación obligatoria.

El obispo Fernández Torres había emitido una declaración por separado la semana anterior, en la que subrayaba que los católicos sí pueden rechazar las vacunas contra la COVID-19 en conciencia. Señaló que todas las vacunas COVID disponibles fueron producidas o probadas con células derivadas de bebés abortados.

"El respeto a la conciencia de la persona es también doctrina católica", escribió el prelado puertorriqueño, citando El Catecismo de la Iglesia Católica. "La conciencia, y su libertad, no puede ser considerada sólo como un derecho civil sino que es algo intrínseco a nuestra fe católica".

"Recordamos que el valor y la defensa de la vida, así como la gravedad del pecado del aborto, forman parte de nuestras creencias religiosas como católicos", añadió. "Por lo tanto, es posible que un fiel católico tenga objeción de conciencia a la supuesta obligatoriedad de la vacuna Covid-19".

El obispo autorizó además a los sacerdotes de su diócesis a firmar cartas de exención religiosa para los feligreses que se enfrentan a la obligatoriedad de la vacuna. El gobernador de Puerto Rico, el demócrata Pedro Pierluisi Urrutia, había emitido recientemente una serie de mandatos de vacunación dirigidos a cientos de miles de trabajadores y estudiantes en toda la isla.

El proyecto de ley habría ilegalizado efectivamente la enseñanza moral católica, advirtió. Recientemente, el Tribunal de Justicia de Sao Paulo revocó la decisión de retirar una serie de históricas imágenes de Nuestra Señora Aparecida, declarada Patrona de Brasil en 1929, de una ciudad de importancia para los católicos en el mundo. [De hecho San Pablo no es una ciudad de especial importancia para los Católicos.]

Las estatuas e imágenes marianas que iban a ser retiradas se ubican en las rotondas de Aparecida del Norte (Sao Paulo), ciudad de gran importancia para los católicos, pues allí se encuentra la Basílica de Nuestra Señora Aparecida, la segunda más grande del mundo después de la Basílica de San Pedro del Vaticano.

Las imágenes también tienen un gran valor histórico, religioso y cultural, pues representan el hallazgo de la estatua original de Nuestra Señora Aparecida en el lecho del río Paraíba do Sul en 1717. La reliquia original está custodiada en la Basílica que lleva su nombre.

El 9 de marzo, la Novena Sala de Derecho Privado del Tribunal de Justicia de Sao Paulo (TJSP) decidió por unanimidad que las imágenes y estatuas de Nuestra Señora Aparecida se mantengan en su lugar.

Asimismo, autorizó que una imagen de esta advocación mariana se coloque en la entrada del municipio.

En 2017, año en que se cumplieron 300 años del hallazgo de la imagen original, en una decisión de primera instancia la justicia ordenó al ayuntamiento retirar las estatuas de las rotondas de Aparecida del Norte, alegando que el Estado es laico.

Frente a ello, ciudadanos locales y de todo Brasil buscaron el apoyo de la Unión de Juristas Católicos de Sao Paulo (Ujucasp), que junto con otros juristas católicos y líderes locales organizaron una gran petición nacional pidiendo al Tribunal de Justicia que revocara la decisión.

Cabe destacar que el Ayuntamiento presentó en el Juzgado recursos que resultaron en la determinación de la revocación de la ordenanza.

Miguel da Costa Carvalho Vidigal, abogado y director de la Ujucasp, felicitó la decisión de la Novena Sala de Derecho Privado y también elogió el resultado de otra deliberación del Tribunal de Justicia de Sao Paulo que protegió el derecho a la libertad de culto de los católicos.

“La ciudad de Aparecida, el Estado de Sao Paulo y Brasil pueden felicitarse mutuamente: la historia de nuestro país, el sentido común y el respeto a las leyes, tanto positivas como naturales, y también, la gloria de Dios y la Devoción a Nuestra Señora fueron preservadas esta semana en dos procesos judiciales diferentes”, dijo.

Vidigal explicó que “dos días antes, el mismo Tribunal de Justicia de Sao Paulo había certificado la decisión final -sin posibilidad de nuevos recursos- de la también memorable decisión que determinó la no intervención del Ministerio Público y de la propia Justicia en relación con la prohibición de Misas e inauguración del Santuario Nacional de Aparecida”.

Cabe destacar que los miembros de la Ujucasp también actuaron como fiscales en el proceso judicial en el que se deliberó sobre la prohibición de las Misas al inicio de la pandemia de COVID-19.

Se han hecho muchas ofensas y todavía se hacen insultos institucionales y de la gentuza hacia Nuestra Sra. de Montserrat. Pero lo más increíble son cientos de años de tontuelos que no le pusieron una capa decente ya que Ella siempre se presenta con Capa o Manto en sus apariciones. Y recuerden las cosas que pasaban respecto a las rodillas de las niñas en Garabandal, las niñas estaban haciendo una especie de reparación… Cataluña debe hacer tremenda reparación.]

“I was informed that I had committed no crime but that I supposedly ‘had not been obedient to the pope nor had I been in sufficient communion with my brother bishops of Puerto Rico,’” he said. “It was suggested to me that if I resigned from the diocese I would remain at the service of the Church in case at some time I was needed in some other position; an offer that in fact proves my innocence.”

Bishop Fernández Torres, 57, a staunch defender of life and family and an opponent of COVID vaccine mandates, protested his removal as “totally unjust” in a statement Wednesday.

Bishop Fernández Torres’ dismissal came after he declined to join a statement issued by Puerto Rico’s six other bishops in August announcing that the faithful would be segregated at Mass based on their COVID-19 vaccination status.

Bishop Fernández Torres had released a separate statement the week before, stressing that Catholics can indeed refuse COVID-19 shots in good conscience. He noted that all available COVID vaccines were produced or tested with cells derived from aborted babies.

“We remember that the value and defense of life, as well as the seriousness of the sin of abortion, are part of our religious beliefs as Catholics,” he added. “Therefore, it is possible for a faithful Catholic to have conscientious objection to the alleged mandatory nature of the Covid-19 vaccine.”

The bishop additionally authorized priests in his diocese to sign religious exemption letters for parishioners facing jab requirements. Puerto Rican Gov. Pedro Pierluisi Urrutia, a Democrat, had recently issued a series of vaccine mandates targeting hundreds of thousands of workers and students across the island.

Bishop Fernández Torres’ position echoes that of several other Catholic leaders, including the bishops’ conferences of South Dakota and Colorado, and does not contradict the Church’s doctrinal statements on vaccination.

The Sao Paulo Court of Justice recently reversed a decision to remove a series of historic images of Our Lady Aparecida, declared Patroness of Brazil in 1929, from a city of importance to Catholics around the world. [in fact Sao Paulo is not of special importance to Catholics].

The statues and Marian images that were to be removed are located in the traffic circles of Aparecida do Norte (Sao Paulo), a city of great importance for Catholics, since the Basilica of Our Lady Aparecida, the second largest in the world after St. Peter's Basilica in the Vatican, is located there.

The images also have great historical, religious and cultural value, as they represent the finding of the original statue of Our Lady Aparecida in the bed of the Paraíba do Sul River in 1717. The original relic is kept in the Basilica that bears Her name.

On March 9, the Ninth Chamber of Private Law of the Court of Justice of Sao Paulo (TJSP) unanimously decided that the images and statues of Our Lady Aparecida be kept in place.

It also authorized that an image of this Marian invocation be placed at the entrance of the municipality.

In 2017, the year of the 300th anniversary of the finding of the original image, in a first instance decision the justice ordered the municipality to remove the statues from the traffic circles of Aparecida del Norte, alleging that the State is secular.

Faced with this, local citizens and citizens from all over Brazil sought the support of the Union of Catholic Jurists of Sao Paulo (Ujucasp), which together with other Catholic jurists and local leaders organized a large national petition asking the Court of Justice to revoke the decision.

It should be noted that the City Council filed appeals in the Court that resulted in the determination of the revocation of the ordinance.

Miguel da Costa Carvalho Vidigal, lawyer and director of Ujucasp, congratulated the decision of the Ninth Chamber of Private Law and also praised the outcome of another deliberation of the São Paulo Court of Justice that protected the right to freedom of worship of Catholics.

"The city of Aparecida, the State of Sao Paulo and Brazil can congratulate each other: the history of our country, common sense and respect for laws, both positive and natural, and also, the glory of God and the Devotion to Our Lady were preserved this week in two different judicial processes," he said.

Vidigal explained that "two days before, the same Court of Justice of Sao Paulo had certified the final decision -- without the possibility of new appeals -- of the also memorable decision that determined the non-intervention of the Public Ministry and of the Justice itself in relation to the prohibition of Masses and inauguration of the National Shrine of Aparecida."

It should be noted that the members of the Ujucasp also acted as prosecutors in the judicial process in which the prohibition of Masses at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic was deliberated.

"The error committed by the Court of First Instance, which had ordered the prohibition of Masses in what is the largest Church in Brazil, was also repaired," said Vidigal.

Finally, the lawyer emphasized that "in complicated times like the one we are living in, both decisions should be very much celebrated" for three important reasons.

"First, because the national order was respected, to the detriment of the judicial activism so present in our days. Second, because the history of our country, so closely linked to the Catholic religion, has been preserved. And third, because the right of the Holy Church and its faithful to demonstrate and participate in religious celebrations and to demonstrate it publicly was once again guaranteed," he concluded.>>
