En la Iglesia se busca ser fiel al amor Santo de Dios, se perfectos, buscar la Sabiduría y la Luz… hacer obras de caridad y amar santamente al prójimo.

"La prescripción es el refugio de los abusadores". La frase la pronunció Juan Pedro Aleart ayer, en el comienzo de De 12 a 14, el programa que conduce. El periodista contó el abuso sexual que sufrió cuando era niño, cometido por el docente universitario Helio Vila, su tío, que fue suspendido ayer por decisión del rector de la Universidad Nacional de Rosario, Franco Bartolacci. El testimonio quebró el mediodía, desde las pantallas del programa más visto de la televisión rosarina. Sentado solo en una mesa, frente a la cámara, Aleart contó que se alejó del padre porque era “violento y abusador”, y dio detalles de un abuso sexual sufrido por otra integrante de su familia. El acusado recibió una citación judicial hace tres semanas y, ante el desvelamiento, se quitó la vida. El periodista después relató los abusos que sufrió él mismo, de parte de su tío. En la justicia, evaluaron el testimonio de Juan Pedro "fundado y creíble", pero consideraron que el delito estaba prescripto. Por la noche, los integrantes de la familia de Juan Pedro que fueron involucrados en la denuncia pidieron el respeto de su intimidad, a través de un comunicado en el que expresaron que la difusión del caso y sus nombres fue sin su consentimiento, lo que constituye una revictimización (ver aparte).  

El denunciante presentó tres informes psicológicos, entre otras pruebas, y ahora recurrió a la Corte Suprema de Justicia de la Nación para que revise la prescripción. Es que los delitos sexuales contra niñas y niños cometidos hasta 2011 prescribían de acuerdo a la fecha de cometidos. Más tarde, con la reforma propiciada por Roberto Piazza, el plazo de la acción penal corría a partir de los 18 años del denunciante y, a partir de 2015, tras la sanción de la ley de respeto a los tiempos de las víctimas, corre desde el momento de la denuncia. Las violencias sexuales sufridas por Juan Pedro y su hermano fueron anteriores a 2015, y por eso la justicia provincial los consideró prescriptos, pero su abogado, Fernando Soto, elevó el caso a la Corte, donde espera una resolución. “Me ha costado mucho llegar hasta acá, he llorado mucho, me sentí un muerto en vida”, confesó Juan Pedro, conteniendo las lágrimas. La voz le tembló, tomó agua un par de veces, pero continuó su relato durante 26 minutos. “Ha sido extremadamente difícil para mí llegar hasta acá”, comenzó Juan Pedro. “Hace una década aproximadamente tomé la decisión de alejarme de mi padre y de mi familia paterna. Había cosas que no me gustaban, que me hacían muy mal”.

La violencia en las aulas ya no es una rareza, y este jueves en Bahía Blanca, trascendió que un chico de 12 años golpeó a su maestra porque esta le insistía en que se saque la capucha del buzo en clase, con una violencia tal que le rompió la mandíbula y le provocó el desplazamiento del tabique nasal. Una agresión atroz, que no se sabe si tendrá alguna consecuencia más que "llamar a los padres" del alumno y sugerirle que por favor traten de que el chico no le rompa la mandíbula o la cara a nadie más...
