- The Camino de Santiago (The way of pilgrimage to the tomb of James Apostle in Santiago de Compostela, Spain) has broken a new record of pilgrims in 2023. According to data from the Pilgrim Welcome Office, last year 446,035 people made the Camino, of which some 200,000 were Spaniards. Of those coming from other countries, in first place we find the USA with 32,063 pilgrims, closely followed by Italians and Germans. Other countries that stand out for the number of pilgrims are Mexico, Portugal, United Kingdom, France, Ireland, South Korea, Australia and Canada. The most numerous age groups were 18/35 and 45/65 years old, and there were more women than men.

- In Paris, three years ago, the Association Mission Ismérie (named after a Fatima princess converted to Christianity and fascinated by the Virgin Mary in the 13th century) began visiting the outlying areas of the city to talk to Muslims, offering them material and above all spiritual support. Formed by lay Catholics, some of them converts from Islam, they are working in the Mission to bring the Good News to where there is only abandonment and degradation. - We are all missionaries and Europe is mission land.
Since 2022, the association "Do not Harm", made up of more than 6,000 members from 15 countries, has dedicated all its efforts to counteracting harmful gender ideology. These doctors, nurses, patients and volunteers want to prevent a medicine invaded by identity politics, they fight for the teaching and practice of medical care based on science and natural law. "Do not Harm" especially aims to prevent the indoctrination and manipulation of children with this ideology. We hope that soon there will also be members of this group in Spain.
- The Pro Life movement in the USA aims to teach young people that from conception there is a human life. On the one hand, some legislative initiatives propose that this be shown scientifically with a short animated video to all eighth grade students. On the other hand, the Equal Rights Institute teaches pro-life college students how to have calm, reasoned and effective conversations with those who believe that abortion is a right. One-on-one dialogue, listening and then explaining, fosters respect and is necessary for coexistence. It is a slow but sure method to make people reflect and arrive at the Truth, not only regarding Life but also on other issues.
- The association Hispania Nostra, based in Madrid, has been dedicated since 1976 to recovering damaged or abandoned monumental and artistic assets throughout Spain. Among the more than 400 names on its "red list", many are churches or convents that suffered the excesses of Napoleon's troops, the disentailment, disentailment, the Civil War or simple negligence. In September they began the restoration of the church of San Lorenzo Mártir, in Fuenteodra, Burgos. Built in the 15th century in late Gothic or flamboyant style, the majestic church is known as the Lady of the Loras. • En París hace tres años la Asociación Mission Ismérie (nombre de una princesa fatimita conversa al cristianismo y fascinada con la Virgen María del s. Xlll ) comenzó a visitar las zonas periféricas de la ciudad para conversar con los musulmanes, ofrecerles apoyo material y sobre todo espiritual. Formada por laicos católicos, algunos conversos del Islam, están trabajando en la Misión de llevar la Buena Nueva a donde solo hay abandono y degradación. En colaboración siempre con las respectivas parroquias, además de en París , estos misioneros ya están en los suburbios de otras grandes ciudades francesas. El ejemplo de vida es fundamental, y por supuesto lo primero es amar a esas personas, sean musulmanas o ateas. Esta es nuestra Esperanza.

Estos médicos, enfermeras, pacientes y voluntarios quieren impedir una medicina invadida por la política identitaria, luchan porque se enseñe y se practique una atención médica basada en la ciencia y en la ley natural. "Do not Harm" se propone especialmente evitar el adoctrinamiento y manipulación de los niños con esta ideología. Esperamos que pronto también haya miembros de este grupo en España.
• El movimiento Pro Vida de los EEUU se propone enseñar a los jóvenes que desde la concepción hay una vida humana. Por una parte, algunas iniciativas legislativas proponen que esto se muestre científicamente con un corto video animado a todos los alumnos de grado octavo. Por otro lado el Equal Rights Institute enseña a los universitarios Pro Vida a mantener conversaciones serenas, razonadas y efectivas con los que creen que el aborto es un derecho. El diálogo de tú a tú, escuchar y luego explicar, fomenta el respeto y es necesario para la convivencia. Es un método lento pero seguro para hacer que la gente reflexione y llegue a la Verdad, no solo respecto a la Vida sino también en otras cuestiones.

desamortización, la Guerra Civil o la simple negligencia. En septiembre comenzaron la restauración de la iglesia de San Lorenzo Mártir, en Fuenteodra, Burgos. Construida en el siglo XVl en estilo gótico tardío o flamígero, la majestuosa iglesia es conocida como la Dama de las Loras. Buena labor la de Hispania Nostra porque restaura estos bienes y con ello a los pueblos y la vida en estas parroquia.
• Como cada mes de enero, se ha celebrado el dia 19 en Washington DC la 51 Marcha por la Vida. A pesar de la copiosa nieve miles de personas han vuelto a dar la cara y a alzar la voz por los no nacidos. En un año de elecciones en EEUU y con la rabiosa y agresiva reacción de los defensores del asesinato infantil llamado aborto, es importante tomar la calle. En otras ciudades también se celebra esta marcha Provida, y destaca el crecimiento notable de participantes en las de la Costa Oeste, especialmente en Los Angeles. Una buena noticia ya que California es territorio demócrata y abortista.
