The president of the Council of State, Carmen Calvo, has proposed this Friday 17 to turn abortion into a "fundamental right".
Abortion as a fundamental right? And the right to life? Is it that the unborn will no longer be considered born in everything that benefits them? [And right to freedom of conscience?]
As if that were not enough, the Minister of Equality, Ana Redondo, travelled to Brussels this Friday to present the Spanish proposal and propose that abortion should also be part of the European Charter of Fundamental Rights. Have we gone crazy?
From Ambulancia Vida we are writing to the PP [center right, but so coward that after issuing a law compelling to inform women about abortion syndrome, when the left raised its eyebrow, they stepped back] to oppose this reform that is absolutely lethal.

In addition to the moral barbarity, the government's proposal is generating a huge internal debate of a technical legal nature.
Basically, what some constitutionalists argue is that turning abortion as a right in the health chapter is a step backwards with respect to the current situation because the Constitutional Court points to abortion as a right in its interpretation of Article 15 which reads, as you know, "everyone has the right to life".
(For the Constitutional Court everyone means everyone except the unborn, apparently...)
That is why Calvo proposes that abortion should be included as a right to the Constitution not in the chapter on health but in the chapter on fundamental rights.
The problem is that if it is done as the most radical feminists want, it implies the dissolution of the Cortes and submitting the reform to a referendum. And dissolving the Cortes with all the scandal of the chistorras and the lettuce, is not the best scenario for the government.
On the other hand, going to the path of health, requires a majority of 3/5, that is, the consensus of the PP. And there everything is to win for the PSOE. If the PP gives in, they achieve an important moral victory: bringing the "right" to abortion into the Constitution.
But if the PP does not give in, they will argue that the PP are against women's rights. False. Because technically it would be a step backwards in the right to abortion and because abortion does not make women freer or empower them or anything at all.
On the contrary, it consolidates the violence that induced abortion entails for women, it offers an easy way out for the rapist, the executioner of incest, the heartless businessman, the father without guts or the irresponsible boyfriend.
That is why we are asking the PP to be firm in its opposition to abortion in the Constitution.

PP: NO TO ABORTION IN THE CONSTITUTION
The truth is that I am impressed by the government's deployment of pressure on this issue. It is possible that for Sánchez it is only a distraction and an element of making the PP uncomfortable, but feminists have seen their great opportunity to advance their abortion agenda.
And we can't allow it!
We are gambling with the right to life of the unborn, innocent. He is a unique and unrepeatable human being, dreamed of by God from Eternity.

LA VOTACIÓN EN EUROPA SERÁ EN ABRIL DE 2026, NECESITAMOS CAMIONES CARGADOS DE FIRMAS PARA PRESIONAR AL PP Y QUE NO SE VENDA

La presidenta del Consejo de Estado, Carmen Calvo, ha propuesto este viernes 17 convertir el aborto en un “derecho fundamental”.
¿Abortar como derecho fundamental?, ¿y el derecho a la vida?, ¿es que al no nacido ya no se le tendrá por nacido en todo lo que le beneficie?, ¿es que su muerte es su beneficio? [¿Y el derecho a la libertad de conciencia?]
Por si fuera poco, la ministra de Igualdad, Ana Redondo, ha viajado este viernes a Bruselas para presentar la propuesta española y proponer que el aborto forme parte también de la Carta Europea de Derechos Fundamentales. ¿Nos hemos vuelto locos?
Desde Ambulancia Vida estamos escribiendo al PP para que se opongan a este reforma que es absolutamente letal.

Además de la barbaridad moral, la propuesta del gobierno está generando un enorme debate interno de carácter técnico jurídico.
Básicamente, lo que sostienen algunos constitucionalistas es que convertir el aborto como derecho en el capítulo de salud supone un paso atras respecto a la situación actual porque el Constitucional señala el aborto como derecho en su interpretación del art. 15 que reza, como sabes, “todos tienen derecho a la vida”.
(Para el Constitucional todos significa todos menos los no nacidos, al parecer…)
Por eso Calvo propone que el aborto vaya como derecho a la Constitución no en el capítulo de salud sino en el capítulo de derechos fundamentales.
El problema es que de hacerse así como quieren las feministas más radicales implica disolución de Cortes y someter la reforma a referéndum. Y lo de disolver las Cortes con todo el escándalo de las chistorras y las lechugas, no es el mejor escenario para el gobierno.
Por contra ir a la vía de la salud, exige una mayoría de ⅗, es decir, el consenso del PP. Y ahí todo es ganar para el PSOE. Si el PP cede, logran una importante victoria moral: llevar el “derecho” al aborto a la Constitución.
Pero si el PP no cede, argumentarán que los populares están en contra de los derechos de las mujeres. Falso. Porque técnicamente sería un paso atrás en el derecho al aborto y porque abortar no hace más libres a las mujeres ni las empodera ni nada de nada.
Al contrario, consolida la violencia que supone para la mujer el aborto provocado, ofrece una salida fácil para al violador, el verdugo del incesto, el emporesario desalmado, el padre sin entrañas o el novio irresponsable.
Por eso le estamos pidiendo al PP que sea firme en su oposición al aborto en la Constitución.

PP: NO AL ABORTO EN LA CONSTITUCION
La verdad, es que estoy impresionada del despliegue de presión del gobierno con este tema. Es posible que para Sánchez sólo sea un distractor y un elemento de incomodar al PP, pero las feministas han visto su gran oportunidad para avanzar en su agenda abortista.
¡Y no lo podemos permitir!
Nos estamos jugando el derecho a la vida del no nacido, inocente. Es un ser humano único e irrepetible, soñado por Dios desde la Eternidad.
