En Argentina para viajar tenemos una tarjeta recargable donde queda registrado tu nombre, DNI, y en dónde subes al bus, a qué hora y la tarifa… todo, un día pagué el boleto y me robó todo el saldo menos unas monedas para tomar el bus de vuelta… En YouTube ya no tengo cuenta porque rechaza todos los mails que le doy y ya antes borraban todos los mensajes que ponía a la gente, de inmediato, aunque no fueran sobre Nuestra Sra. de las Rosas, en Facebook borran instantáneamente todos los mensajes que le pongo a la gente sobre Nuestra Sra. de las Rosas. Ni hablar de los bancos, para consultar el saldo antes simplemente ponía “saldo” en el whatsapp y ahora no hay esa opción, en uno hay que entrar en la app y poner claves y en otro hay que escanear el dni, hay que tener una foto a mano… un montón de vueltas para hacerte más complicado todo. A medida que dejan todo en manos de máquinas, las cosas se vuelven más complicadas. Tengo un pase gratis para viajar en el metro pero ahora cambiaron a otro sistema y como tengo pase con validez hasta el 17 de enero (una tarjeta de cartón) no puedo tramitar el nuevo pase, pero ya quitaron todas las máquinas que reciben la tarjeta de cartón, en resumen: voy a tener que pagar hasta el 17 de enero o, cuando hay una persona encargada en la estación, pedirle que me deje pasar. Lo que les quiero hacer entender es que la automatización tiene un límite, tiene que haber personas en las bocas de metro para solucionarte los problemas, y en los bancos, porque donde no hay personas todo funciona para cobrar pero la mayoría de las veces no funciona para dar el servicio. Cambiamos de compañía telefónica y la nueva te cobra por darte internet fuera de casa pero no tenemos internet fuera de casa y pá no se puede comunicar con ellos, y encima te cobran el servicio de arreglar lo que ellos no hacen bien. Tiene que seguir habiendo personas que te resuelvan los problemas, tiene que seguir habiendo oficinas con gente que te atienda sin cobrar, si no, todo se convierte en un infierno informático. Las computadoras no pueden reemplazar a las personas porque no tienen humanidad. Cuando no puedo entrar con el pase al metro o cuando no funcionó el pase para viajar en bus porque había “error de lectura” el guarda o el chofer me dejaban pasar, pero las máquinas no tienen empatía.

Con el asunto de reducir costos con la IA pasa igual que con la inflación que arruinó este país. Si yo bajo costos usando IA, muchos de mis trabajadores quedan en la calle. Las otras empresas también bajan costes y muchos quedan en la calle. Al final redujo costes pero se le redujeron considerablemente los ingresos porque ya la gente no tiene trabajo. Y aumentan los robos, secuestros y asesinatos porque la gente está desesperada porque no hay trabajo y bajó la calidad de vida para todos en el país.
Con la inflación acá paso que: yo aumento porque se me da la gana y todos aumentan porque el dólar aumentó y los costes aumentaron, pero los salarios no aumentan en proporción y menos las pensiones. Resultado que se compra menos y hay menos calidad de vida.
Nuestra Sra. de las Rosas nos dice que el hombre será controlado por las máquinas y satanás controlará las máquinas, por eso debemos dejar nuestro mañana, cada día, en manos de Dios y ofrecer todo contratiempo diciendo la oración de Nuestra Sra. de Fátima: “Oh buen Jesús, es por vuestro amor, por la conversión de los pecadores y en reparación por los pecados cometidos contra el Inmaculado Corazón de María”.
