The electoral crisis in Peru has reached its boiling point. The time for warnings is over; Now we are in stoppage time.
The National Elections Jury (JNE) has set May 7 as the deadline to proclaim the results, while refusing to hold complementary elections with technical arguments that only seek to close the case by force.
They want to turn off the lights and that no one asks questions about what happened on April 12.
But you and I know the truth: the sabotage was planned.
Thousands of citizens in Lima were stripped of their right to vote because the polling stations opened whenever they wanted, breaking the chain of custody of the minutes.
That is not a logistical error, it is the manual of Socialism of the 21st Century applied to steal an election from under our noses.
But the good news is that they are worried.
If they were not, they would not be slowing down the resolution of the more than 800 contested ballots that are now under the magnifying glass for critical inconsistencies.
If they were not afraid, they would have already published the final result with total transparency.

La crisis electoral en Perú ha llegado a su punto de ebullición. El tiempo de las advertencias se acabó; ahora estamos en tiempo de descuento.
El Jurado Nacional de Elecciones (JNE) ha fijado el 7 de mayo como fecha límite para proclamar los resultados, mientras rechaza realizar elecciones complementarias con argumentos técnicos que solo buscan cerrar el caso por la fuerza.
Quieren apagar la luz y que nadie haga preguntas sobre lo que pasó el 12 de abril.
Pero tú y yo sabemos la verdad: el sabotaje fue planificado.
Miles de ciudadanos en Lima fueron despojados de su derecho al voto porque las mesas abrieron cuando quisieron, rompiendo la cadena de custodia de las actas.
Eso no es un error de logística, es el manual del Socialismo del Siglo XXI aplicado para robarse una elección en nuestras narices.
Pero la buena noticia es que están preocupados.
Si no lo estuvieran, no estarían ralentizando la resolución de las más de 800 actas impugnadas que hoy están bajo la lupa por inconsistencias críticas.
Si no tuvieran miedo, ya habrían publicado el resultado definitivo con total transparencia.
Por eso estoy segura: es tu momento para apretar.
