An Israeli journalist investigating “spiraling hate crimes against Christians in Jerusalem” dressed as a Catholic priest for one day and experienced being spat on and derided by Jews in the Old City of Jerusalem.
Journalist Yossi Eli from local Channel 13 donned a Franciscan habit for a day and, according to a Monday report by the Israeli newspaper Haaretz, “was spat at just five minutes after setting out with a Franciscan clergyman, Father Alberto.”
“A bit later, a man mocked them in Hebrew, saying, ‘Forgive me father for I have sinned,’” the outlet reported. “Then an 8-year-old spat at them, as did a soldier when a group of troops passed by later.”
Such harassment of Christians in Jerusalem, including vandalism and even physical attacks, are not new, but according to an April statement by the Latin Patriarch of Jerusalem, Archbishop Pierbattista Pizzaballa, “The frequency of these attacks, the aggressions, has become something new,” since Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s new government was sworn into office last December incorporating extremist Jewish leaders as part of the majority coalition.
A report from Axios at the time called Netanyahu’s coalition “the most right-wing government” in the nation’s history, including powerful minsters who espouse “racist and Jewish supremacist” views.
This includes Itamar Ben-Gvir and his Jewish Power party, who during his election victory speech last November praised fellow party member Bentzi Gopstein, who refers to Christians as “blood sucking vampires” and “the Christian church” as “our deadly centuries-old enemy” while calling for the expulsion of all Christians from the country.
A member of the Knesset (parliament), Ben-Gvir is a resident of an Israeli settlement in the West Bank, which is deemed illegal under international law. He was sworn in as Minister of National Security late last year, giving him unprecedented authority over police and border paramilitary units that operate among the 2.9 million Palestinians under military occupation in the West Bank.
With such leaders in power, Pizzaballa said extremists on the ground are now evermore emboldened to harass Christian religious and clergy while committing vandalism against this community’s property as well.
“These people feel they are protected … that the cultural and political atmosphere now can justify, or tolerate, actions against Christians,” the head of the Roman Catholic Church in the Holy Land said.
Though freedom of religion, worship and conscience are fully recognized in Israel’s founding 1948 Declaration of Independence, a 2016 Pew Research Center survey found that nearly half of Israeli Jews believe Arabs (including Christians) “should be expelled or transferred” from the country.
Since Netanyahu’s new government has taken power, these attacks include a radical Jew entering the Church of the Flagellation in February and pulling down a large statue of Jesus Christ and smashing it on the floor, then defacing it with a hammer.
In March, two Israeli terrorists entered the Church of Gethsemane in Jerusalem that encompasses the empty tomb of the Blessed Virgin Mary and attempted to vandalize icons and attack the presiding bishop and another priest during Sunday morning mass.
And even earlier, Franciscan Friars of the Custody of the Holy Land decried “a group of religious Jews who entered the New Gate” near their headquarters and attacked tourists while committing acts of vandalism, “throwing chairs, tables and glasses, and transforming the Christian quarter into a battlefield.” According to the Catholic Ordinaries of the Holy Land, the police didn’t arrive for an hour, when they finally “took the attackers away.”
Other incidents include a January desecration of a Christian cemetery in Jerusalem, “Death to Christians” graffiti being written on the walls of a monastery in the Armenian quarter, and an act of vandalism being committed against a Maronite center.
Such incidents have occurred over the years with less frequency, including Jewish radicals spitting on Christians, disrupting their prayer and likely firebombing their property, including the 2015 torching of the Church of the Multiplication of the Loaves and Fishes at Tabgha in Galilee.
And similar to the lack of investigation and prosecution when it comes to the crimes of leftist terrorists in the United States — whether they be part of the Black Lives Matter terrorist crimes of 2020 or the pro-abortion terrorist acts since May 2022 — crimes against Christians in Israel and Palestine are virtually never solved or properly adjudicated.
“We see that most incidents in our quarter have gone unpunished,” lamented Father Aghan Gogchian, chancellor of the Armenian Patriarchate. He went on to convey his disappointment that law enforcement authorities don’t prosecute the culprits of such anti-Christian hate crimes with the grave charges they deserve but rather legally accommodate them as individuals suffering from mental illness.
“The police try to paint each attack as something isolated and try to paint the attackers as mentally unstable,” Amir Dan, spokesman for the Franciscan Custody of the Holy Land, told The Times of Israel in March. “In doing so, the police remove themselves from all responsibility.”
Yossi Eli’s new investigation reports on many of these compounding “hate crimes” and, according to his tweet of the video (in Hebrew), they “proved that the attacks are really not from the mentally ill, but people with a clear opinion who simply hate something they are not. Brainwash them that Jesus is bad. Young extremists, children, and most sadly soldiers, the ‘salt of the earth’, express their hatred towards Christianity” (all translations from Google).
Eli asked what the reaction would be from Jews if they were being spat upon instead of Christians. “Just think what the reaction of those Jews would have been if a Christian had spat on them in Europe,” he proposed, adding that being a priest for a day “was very difficult to digest.”
In response to Eli’s impactful report, Knesset Speaker Amir Ohana met with Archbishop Pizzaballa on Tuesday, condemning “recent displays of violence against Christian clergy and citizens across the country and in Jerusalem in particular,” and he pledged to preserve Israel’s “values of freedom of religion and worship for all its citizens.”
On Wednesday, Eli continued his reporting, highlighting the plight of Polish nuns in Jerusalem whose “monastery” has been repeatedly attacked by vandals who throw stones and eggs at the building, break into the property, spit at them and more.
“Three times the nuns complained about three different cases, they begged for a car to come,” Eli wrote in his tweet uploading the video report. Only this week, “after 12 days of vandalism, the police sent a van that checked [the security] cameras.”
And what is the status of the “troublemakers?” Eli asked. “Although they are seen on cameras, they have not yet been caught. That’s how interesting Christians are here in Israel.”

I am a priest of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Indianapolis and was ordained a priest in 1991. Fourteen years after becoming a priest, my bishop appointed me exorcist for the Archdiocese of Indianapolis.
At the time I was appointed, I was one of only 12 designated Catholic exorcist priests in the United States. Today, that number has grown to 175.
[Maybe they are like the two exorcists I saw in Argentina, without faith, one a sadist surrounded by homosexuals and the other a coward who tells everyone "you were cursed" and performs the rite but does not believe in God, only in material food and is a coward]. The Church proposes that the best way to understand the mystery is through learning.
Because there were so few exorcists in the country in 2005, my bishop sent me to Rome and I was able to learn from a Franciscan priest, who allowed me to attend 40 exorcisms he performed during the three months I was there.
It is one thing to read all the knowledge in a book and understand what the Church believes and teaches about evil, but it is another matter to see the practical application and experience a real demonic case.
There is no such thing as a typical exorcism.

I follow a very strict protocol. First a person needs a psychiatric evaluation and a medical examination by a professional. I basically ask them: is there something about this person's condition that you can't explain?
Then I sit down and do an intake questionnaire trying to determine if this is demonic. The Church works with anyone who believes they are dealing with the forces of evil. My main goal is to determine if that's really the case, because I'm trained to be skeptical.
[The commercial ad is for alarms, they may mean to say that you should be alarmed by evil or that demons are alarmed by exorcists.]
I average 3,500 people a year who ask me for help. They come from all over the United States, other parts of the world and from all kinds of religious backgrounds.
There's not a day that goes by that I don't deal with some kind of exorcism. Now, while cases of demonic possession do exist, they are rare: perhaps one in 5,000 cases.

There are three types of extraordinary demonic activity. For example, infestation, the presence of evil in a place or associated with an object, such as a voodoo doll. Also demonic affliction, which are physical attacks, and demonic obsession, mental attacks.
Infestation, affliction, obsession, I do thousands of those a year. I don't even keep track anymore. The actual cases of demonic possession itself, I see them maybe one, two or three times a year on average.
There are no typical exorcisms. Each case is different. I still remember in one of those exorcisms in Rome, the body started to float in front of me.
The levitation started and the body was on the chair, I was looking in disbelief thinking "what the hell is going on here?". And then the priest who was forming me put his hand on the person's head, pushed back in the chair and continued praying.
He didn't stop for a moment. Almost as if nothing had happened.
I've seen all these things, so yes, I think the movies get it right.
Demons can do certain things that would seem completely impossible to us. I've seen it when demons manifest: the eyes roll back, there's growling and foaming at the mouth.

Un periodista israelí que investigaba la "espiral de crímenes de odio contra los cristianos en Jerusalén" se vistió de sacerdote católico por un día y experimentó cómo los judíos le escupían y se burlaban de él en la Ciudad Vieja de Jerusalén.
El periodista Yossi Eli, del Canal 13 local, se puso un hábito franciscano por un día y, según informó el lunes el diario israelí Haaretz, "fue escupido apenas cinco minutos después de salir con un clérigo franciscano, el padre Alberto".
Poco después, un hombre se burló de ellos en hebreo y les dijo: "Perdóname, padre, porque he pecado"". "Luego, un niño de 8 años les escupió, al igual que un soldado cuando un grupo de tropas pasó por allí más tarde".

¿Y cuál es la situación de los "alborotadores"? pregunta Eli. "Aunque se les ve en las cámaras, aún no se les ha capturado. Así de interesantes son los cristianos aquí en Israel".

Tienen miedo de perder su sueldo y tener que ganarse la vida en el mundo… pero que los perros y peor: ¡pederastas, zoófilos y necrófilos, que eso significa la Q! tengan miedo a mí no me molesta… los judíos que los han infiltrado ahora tienen miedo porque sus líderes y servicios secretos no pudieron prevenir el ataque con anticipación…

Todos los que los siguen FRACASAN (una pequeña porción de los sobrevivientes y a su vez una pequeña porción de ellos, los que estaban en aquel lugar horrible con gusanos y víboras en su cuerpo, fueron curados por San Juan Bosco. Háganle caso a sus sueños proféticos y conviértanse si quieren salvar sus almas.

Un turista español de 52 años murió hoy al ser golpeado en la cabeza al parecer por un trozo grande de capitel [en inglés se dice "capital", estos días leí que alguien llamaba al sínodo : "la reforma capital de Francisco", sí, capital por los pecados capitales que se manda contra la Iglesia, a la que odia] mientras visitaba la famosa Basílica de Santa Croce de Florencia, centro de Italia. [todos los 19 son días de San Expedito, patrono de las causas justas y urgentes. Con la Iglesia no se juega. Además un Jueves Jesús instituyó el Sacerdocio y la Eucaristía, que son las cosas que los satánicos infiltrados quieren destruir, no estoy juzgando al hombre que murió pero está claro que Dios dio una advertencia a tanto judío infiltrado odiador de la Iglesia, Bergoglio el máximo exponente]
Según los primeros reportes, el objeto cayó desde unos 20 metros de altura.
A pesar del esfuerzo de los médicos que llegaron al lugar, el hombre falleció a raíz del fuerte golpe recibido.

Tras la tragedia, la fiscalía de Florencia abrió una investigación por homicidio culposo.
El turista fue golpeado en la cabeza por un objeto definido como "bastante grande". El trozo desprendido sería una especie de ménsula en piedra, que sirve para aumentar la base de apoyo de las estructuras de madera.

Esta foto [está arriba, en la parte en inglés] es del patio de la cripta de la Sagrada Familia (Sacred Family, in Barcelona). Se ve algo como un huevo de tiranosaurio rex emergiendo de la tierra (ya vi muchas esculturas de huevos de dinosaurio en Buenos Aires), o mejor dicho: emerge del infierno (los malinformados piensan que satanás está en el infierno y que va a salir, mejor que lean los Mensajes de Nuestra Señora de las Rosas para que sepan la verdad). La estructura parece diseñada para poner fuego en la parte inferior, pero como no pueden, le ponen piedras rojo-marrón. Pero como los judíos (dignos hijos de su padre el demonio) quieren llegar a dominar al mismo satanás, pintaron el huevo de blanco para aludir a los "sepulcros blanqueados": sus congéneres, y hacer un monumento conmemorativo a ellos. para eso están las piedritas blancas que alguien puso entre las marrones y dibujó un símbolo que es como una T con una base horizontal. El demonio es asesino y quiere tomar el control, sus hijos también (ellos quieren controlar el munto, el infierno y el Cielo... ellos sólo esparcen tinieblas, mentira y muerte en el mundo y cosecharán eterna podredumbre en el infierno.)

No hay nada que celebrar en Halloween, es como hacerle un altar pagano a los demonios y a la muerte pero el altar son las mismas personas disfrazadas. Hay dos bandos: el de Dios, la Vida, la Verdad y el camino de santidad... y el lado del demonio que lleva a todos los pecados, angustia, esclavitud mental y física y muerte en el alma. Decidan a quien servir y los que se dicen cristianos no celebren al enemigo.

México celebra en forma pagana el Día de todos los Santos (1 de noviembre) y el día de los FIELES difuntos (2 de noviembre), así que no se asombren que Dios los haya golpeado donde más les duele SIETE DÍAS ANTES con el huracán Otis, que son también TRES DÍAS ANTES del 28 de octubre donde algunos empiezan a celebrar aún a los animales muertos.
7 y 3 son números que representan a Dios.
México había hecho una atracción turística de esa fiesta que las víboras de la ONU declararon patrimonio de la humanidad, aún hubo una película de dibujos animados para niños que tenía mucho que ver con ese culto pagano. Dios les golpeó donde más les dolía, en una ciudad joya del turismo. Esta fue sólo una advertencia de las tantas que da para que se conviertan antes del Aviso

El sínodo de la sinodalidad (que ahora ya algunos están llamando "sínodo de los obispos" en forma malintencionada ya que no es un sínodo y menos fue "de los obispos" porque había laicos y hasta mujeres) no cerró la puerta a ningún pecado, la dejó entreabierta y aún más: pretende que a los seminaristas se les dé "educación afectivo-sexual" en los seminarios, lo cual es para pudrir sus almas.
El sábado 28 copié artículos sobre las conclusiones del sínodo falso sobre la sinodalidad (las copié en directo en catequesis, ya las voy a publicar con mis comentarios) y TRES días después Yemen le declara la guerra a Israel. Yemen no es un país grande pero indica los castigos que Dios va a enviar si no devuelven la Iglesia a la Santra Tradición.
El ataque de Hamás en octubre fue el más grande en los últimos 20 años. El sínodo falso quiere que los seminaristas se llenen de veneno en el colegio con la materia degenerada de la ideología de género y también ahora en los seminarios. Entiendan: el papado está dividido (ilegalmente) en dos, el antipapa se quedó con el ministerio y Benedicto con el oficio de San Pedro. Este es el segundo sínodo que convoca el antipapa para introducir pecados en la Iglesia (en el anterior quería introducir las deidades paganas del amazonas en la Iglesia)... Los judíos dicen que es su segunda guerra de la independencia, pero parece que nadie está atento a los avisos que Dios está mandando: o devuelven la Iglesia a la Santa Tradición y erradican el aborto y la homosexualidad o... destrucción y más destrucción.

Una actualización al post sobre el huracán Otis en México (que lo actualicé ayer también)
El huracán destruyó Acapulco en México 6 días antes de que se empezara a votar en diputados una ley sádica y contraria a la libertad de esta civilización:

Rezar por México y los que tienen la medalla de SAn Benito: decir mucho el exorcismo por ese país.
6 es un número que representa al demonio y estoy segura que los que votaron esa ley en diputados el 31 de octubre, lo hicieron para hacerle una ofrenda a satanás.

Para agregar algo a tema del número 2 que se repite (lo comenté en el post) les cuento otra desgracia relacionada con el tema 2: hace casi exactamente 20 años que empecé a dar catequesis , y el resultado fue decepcionante, no se ve a nadie cumplir con Nuestra Señora de las Rosas

Soy sacerdote de la Arquidiócesis Católica Romana de Indianápolis y fui ordenado sacerdote en 1991. Catorce años después de ser sacerdote, mi obispo me nombró exorcista de la Arquidiócesis de Indianápolis.
En el momento en el que fui nombrado, yo era uno de los 12 sacerdotes exorcistas católicos designados en Estados Unidos. Hoy, ese número ha aumentado a 175
[Tal vez son somo los dos exorcistas que vi en Argentina, sin fe, uno sádico rodeado de homosexuales y otro cobarde que le dice a todo el mundo " a ud. le hicieron un maleficio" y hace el rito pero no cree en Dios, sólo en comida material y es un cobarde]. La Iglesia propone que la mejor manera de comprender el misterio es a través del aprendizaje.
Como había tan pocos exorcistas en el país en 2005, mi obispo me envió a Roma y pude aprender con un sacerdote franciscano, quien me permitió asistir a 40 exorcismos que realizó durante los tres meses que estuve allí.
Una cosa es leer todo el conocimiento en un libro y comprender lo que la Iglesia cree y enseña sobre el mal, y otra cuestión es ver la aplicación práctica y experimentar un caso demoníaco real.
No existe el típico exorcismo

Sigo un protocolo muy estricto. Primero una persona necesita una evaluación psiquiátrica y un examen médico por parte de un profesional. Básicamente les pregunto: ¿hay algo en la condición de esta persona que no puedas explicar?
Luego me siento y hago un cuestionario de admisión tratando de determinar si esto es demoníaco. La Iglesia trabaja con cualquiera que crea que se enfrenta a las fuerzas del mal. Mi principal objetivo es determinar si ese es realmente el caso, porque estoy entrenado para ser escéptico.

Tengo un promedio de 3.500 personas al año que me piden ayuda. Vienen de todo Estados Unidos, otras partes del mundo y de todo tipo de orígenes religiosos.
No hay un día en el que no me ocupe de algún tipo de exorcismo. Ahora bien, aunque los casos de posesión demoníaca existen, son poco habituales: tal vez uno de cada 5.000 casos.

Existen tres tipos de actividad demoníaca extraordinaria. Por ejemplo, la infestación, la presencia del mal en un lugar o asociado con un objeto, como un muñeco vudú. También la aflicción demoníaca, que son ataques físicos, y la obsesión demoníaca, ataques mentales.
Infestación, irritación, obsesión, hago miles de eso al año. Ya ni siquiera sigo la pista. Los casos reales de posesión demoníaca en sí, los veo tal vez uno, dos o tres veces al año en promedio.
No existen exorcismos típicos. Cada caso es diferente. Todavía recuerdo que en uno de esos exorcismos en Roma, el cuerpo empezó a flotar frente a mí.
La levitación comenzó y el cuerpo estaba sobre la silla, yo miraba con incredulidad pensando "¿qué diablos está pasando aquí?". Y luego el sacerdote que me estaba formando puso su mano en la cabeza de la persona, empujó hacia atrás en la silla y continuó orando.
No se detuvo ni un momento. Casi como si nada hubiera pasado.
He visto todas estas cosas, así que sí, creo que las películas lo hacen bien.
Los demonios pueden hacer ciertas cosas que a nosotros nos parecerían completamente imposibles. Lo he visto cuando los demonios se manifiestan: los ojos se ponen en blanco, hay gruñidos y espuma por la boca.
Además, la voz se vuelve más profunda y autoritaria y hay olores fuertes y horribles que provienen de la persona que está poseída. He sido testigo de la levitación, donde los demonios hacen que el cuerpo flote.

He visto que, cuando los demonios se manifiestan, el cuerpo de la persona cae al suelo y se desliza como una serpiente. Cuando comienzan las manifestaciones, el rostro se contorsiona, e incluso la lengua sale como una serpiente.
Durante un exorcismo reciente, cuando el demonio finalmente se manifestó, los ojos de la persona frente a mí se volvieron verdes y sus pupilas se inclinaron como una serpiente.
Una voz muy profunda sale de la boca y dice: "No puedes deshacerte de nosotros. Hemos estado aquí demasiado tiempo y no eres lo suficientemente fuerte". Y luego empezó a aullar, gruñir y reír histéricamente.
Expulsar al diablo es la parte fácil
Creo que hay una tendencia creciente a ver al exorcista como un mago, y lo cierto es que tengo un conjunto de trucos con los que puedo hacer que los problemas de la gente desaparezcan.
Pero repito, no se trata simplemente de expulsar al diablo. También se trata de invitar a Dios. Incluso diría que expulsar al diablo es la parte fácil. La parte más difícil es convencer a alguien de que necesita a Dios en su vida.

Mi atención no se centra en la teatralidad de lo demoníaco. Está en el poder de Dios. Realmente, de eso trata el exorcismo.
Los seres humanos tienen un profundo anhelo por Dios: le da a la vida humana el significado, el propósito y la dirección. Creo que el diablo es todo lo contrario. El diablo quiere provocar división, confusión, falta de significado, propósito y dirección.
En realidad, no se trata de centrarse en lo que el diablo está haciendo, sino también de ayudar a las personas a darse cuenta de lo que Dios quiere hacer en sus vidas.
En el exorcismo, el verdadero foco no está en el diablo, está en Dios. Se trata de ayudar a las personas a saber que lo más grande que podemos conocer en la vida no son los pecados que cometemos, sino el amor y la misericordia de Dios.
Dios siempre está dispuesto a perdonar si simplemente le damos esa oportunidad, ha asegurado Lampert.
