On September 26, 2024 around 9:00 a.m. we received a call from Monsignor Zummer who is currently working as Secretary of the Apostolic Nunciature in Peru. He informed us that the Nuncio, Mons. Paolo Rocco Gualtieri, by order of the Holy Father, needed to meet with us urgently at the Apostolic Nunciature. We went to the meeting and received a document that includes a Penal Precept, signed by Pope Francis, in which we are given a term of 48hrs to comply with five conditions. Otherwise we will enter a process of excommunication ferendae sententiae.
As we explained in the video, a few months ago we proceeded to file a criminal complaint against Priest Jordi Bertomeu Farnós, member of the Dicastery of the Doctrine of the Faith, for violating professional secrecy, transmitting the content of some meetings held with him and that were leaked to certain press that then defamed and morally damaged us.
With absolute surprise we read in the document that our acts, that is to say the denunciation, are qualified as criminal, and would have had as purpose:
1. To publicly stir up hatred against the Apostolic See;
2. To impede the freedom of the exercise of ecclesiastical authority;
3. To illegitimately injure the good reputation of third parties.
In view of this, they ask us to:
1. To immediately withdraw the criminal complaint.
2. To apologize to the members of the Special Mission.
3. To give explanations to the media we have contacted. At this point we reiterate that we have not contacted any media.
4. To notify the Nuncio of the above.
5. We are forbidden to make in the future any other public manifestation in the media or denunciation about the facts object of the Special Mission.
In case we do not comply with these five conditions:
1. We are excommunicated. Therefore, we are forbidden to receive the sacraments and we must be removed from or interrupt any liturgical action we attend.
2. We have to pay as an expiatory penalty 100,000 soles each to Caritas Lima.
3. We will never again be able to present ourselves as Catholics in public or represent the Catholic Church in any social event.
We are deeply sorry to reach this situation, but we cannot accept the conditions imposed by the Penal Precept, since it would be admitting a series of facts that do not conform to the truth and accepting that we have incurred in crimes that, as we have mentioned, do not exist.
We do not want our decision to lead to discouragement or distrust in the Church founded by Jesus Christ. Despite the pain, we remain with a peaceful heart and a clear conscience, and we will continue to work for the values of life, family, freedom and the identity of our country.

I think, regarding these people , that the Vatican mob wants to excommunicate them by blaming them for the sins of the Vatican mob, that is: they want to put their own sins on Giuliana Caccia and Sebastián Blanco and then give them the maximum penalty. That is the same thing that the elders did against the chaste Susana. They accused her falsely of having relations with a young man and put their hands on her head (as was done with animals to pass the sin on to them and then sacrifice them), but since they had no temple and were aged in wickedness, they wanted to use humans. El día 26 de septiembre del 2024 alrededor de las 9:00 de la mañana recibimos una llamada de monseñor Zummer quien actualmente trabaja como Secretario de la Nunciatura Apostólica en el Perú. Él nos comunicó que el Nuncio, Mons. Paolo Rocco Gualtieri, por encargo del Santo Padre, necesitaba reunirse con nosotros urgentemente en la sede de la Nunciatura apostólica. Acudimos a la reunión y recibimos un documento que incluye un Precepto Penal, firmado por el Papa Francisco, en el que se nos da un plazo de 48hrs para cumplir cinco condiciones. En caso contrario ingresaremos a un proceso de excomunión ferendae sententiae.
Como explicamos en el video, hace unos meses procedimos a interponer una denuncia penal al Sacerdote Jordi Bertomeu Farnós, miembro del Dicasterio de la Doctrina de la Fe, por violar el secreto profesional, transmitiendo contenido de unas reuniones sostenidas con él y que se filtraron a a cierta prensa que luego nos difamó y daño moralmente.
Con absoluta sorpresa leemos en el documento que nuestros actos, es decir la denuncia, son calificados de delictivos, y habrían tenido comofinalidad:
1. Suscitar públicamente el odio contra la Sede Apostólica;
2. Impedir la libertad del ejercicio de la potestad eclesiástica;
3. Lesionar ilegítimamente la buena fama de terceros.
Ante esto nos piden:
1. Retirar de manera inmediata la denuncia penal.
2. Disculparnos con los miembros de la Misión especial.
3. Dar explicaciones a medios de comunicación con los que hayamos contactado. En este punto reiteramos que no hemos contactado con ningún medio.
4. Notificar de lo anterior al Nuncio.
5. Nos prohíben realizar en el futuro ninguna otra manifestación pública en los medios de comunicación social o denuncia sobre los hechos objeto de la Misión especial.
En caso no cumplamos estas cinco condiciones:
1. Nos excomulgan. Por tanto, quedamos prohibidos de recibir los sacramentos y nos deben alejar o interrumpir cualquier acción litúrgica a la que asistamos.
2. Tenemos que pagar como pena expiatoria 100,000 soles cada uno a Cáritas Lima.
3. Nunca más podremos presentarnos como católicos en público ni representar a la Iglesia católica en ningún acto social.
Nos apena profundamente llegar a esta situación, pero no podemos aceptar las condiciones impuestas por el Precepto penal, pues sería admitir una serie de hechos que no se ajustan a la verdad y aceptar que hemos incurrido en delitos que, como hemos mencionado, no existen.
No queremos que nuestra decisión lleve al desaliento o a la desconfianza en la Iglesia que fundó Jesucristo. A pesar del dolor, quedamos con el corazón en paz y la conciencia tranquila, y seguiremos trabajando por los valores de la vida, la familia, la libertad y la identidad de nuestro país.

Yo pienso, respecto a esta gente, que gentuza en el Vaticano quiere excomulgarlos achacándoles los pecados de esa gentuza del vaticano, eso es: sus propios pecados los quieren poner en Giuliana Caccia y Sebastián Blanco y luego darles la pena máxima . Eso es lo mismo que hicieron los ancianos contra la casta Susana. La acusaron falsamente de tener relaciones con un joven y le pusieron las manos en su cabeza (como se hacía con los animales para pasarles el pecado y luego sacrificarlos), pero como no tenían templo y estaban envejecidos en maldad, quisieron usar humanos. A las dos personas del video la mafia del Vaticano los acusan falsamente de lo que ellos hicieron: ventilar las cosas en la prensa. Necesitamos un nuevo profeta Daniel que nos libre de los envejecidos en pecado (tengan la edad que tengan)
