PARABLE OF THE TWO SONS SENT INTO THE VINEYARD (Mt 21,28-32)
One son declared himself in disobedience but then, repentant, obeyed. God gives us the opportunity to repent, forgives us in confession if it really hurts us to have offended Him and if we have a plan to not fall back into that sin. Disobeying is not a simple matter, a venial sin that we are not sorry for is enough to send us to hell (we read about it in the Prophecies and Revelations of St. Bridget of Sweden) and a mortal sin that we do not confess also sends us to hell. Most people die without a priest by their side, so the Church teaches that AT THE MOMENT OF DEATH, if we ask Jesus for forgiveness, He forgives us (e.g., saying, "My God, forgive me"). But don't trust yourselves so much, since a priest commented on the networks that when he was very ill in the hospital, he didn't even remember to do that. We must strive to live in a state of grace. Jesus commands us in the Messages of Our Lady of the Roses: Frequent Confession and Daily Communion.

Disobedience is paid dearly. The disobedient angels were cast out of Heaven and ended up in hell, never repenting or asking for forgiveness. Adam and Eve were cast out of paradise, and the Church understands that they did a lot of penance in those 900 years they lived and ended up entering Heaven when Jesus, after His death, went down to hell to rescue people who had died in friendship with God.

Except for God and the Blessed Virgin, we are all sinners and need God's forgiveness in Confession.

The publicans were people who collected taxes for Rome. It was logical that if the Roman Empire maintained peace within its borders, built roads, aqueducts, bridges, etc., it would have to maintain that army and also let the Jewish people continue to observe the religion that God had given them. The Romans commanded the publicans to charge certain amount of money per region and allowed them to collect an extra amount, what they wanted, for themselves. And those people abused the power they had and they charged a lot and got rich, and people hated them for that, for working for the enemy and on top of that they demanded a lot more for themselves. The harlots were women who sold their bodies for sex and one could think: poor girls, they had no work and had to eat and they had no choice. But God commands us to keep the Commandments and the sixth commands us not to have sex before marriage or out of marriage. And God always helps us to comply with His law, if we fall into sin it is because we fail.

I once saw the testimony of a woman with children who ended living on the street, in the south of Argentina, where it is very cold on summer nights, and in winter the cold is fatal. And that woman lived under a bridge with her children and asked God every night, "Lord, give me a house for my children." And she managed as best she could, for example: the school allowed them to enter before the other children so that she could clean her children in the bathroom. And she got someone to donate her a brick house, and a sewing machine to earn a living, and the living room-dining-sewing workplace was big and she had a sofa bed where she sheltered other women who had been left on the street, especially if they were pregnant, and she managed to get someone to donate brick houses and sewing machines to them and taught them how to use them.

There are people who fall into a bad life out of desperation, because no one helped them when they had a bad time, others because of fear of not having the means to survive, they go down the wrong path. But they should not do that. They must pray constantly and hope trustingly in God. Obviously, we must "get rid of sins" as St. John Bosco said so that people confess and could receive graces from Heaven. The rosary must be prayed daily. Our Lady of the Roses says: Believe and you will be given the way.

Our Lady of Fatima, when Lucia asked Her if She would cure a paralyzed man, She told her that she was not going to cure him, but to pray the rosary and then She would give him a way to earn a living.

Publicans and prostitutes believed St. John the Baptist. That is the first step. Then they were to obey what he preached. But the chief priests and elders of the people did not want to share their goods with the neediest because they loved money, and they wanted to be the ones to tell the people what to believe, they did not want the prophets that God sent. They didn't even take the first step, nothing. Publicans and women of bad life were ahead of them.

Now we must obey Our Lady of the Roses, Mary Help of Mothers, if we want to reach Heaven. In the last days of Jesus in mortal body among us, the chief priests had decreed that those who believed in Jesus would be cast out of the synagogue; now the bad individuals who climbed into the hierarchy of the Church reject those Messages because they are truly from the Heaven. And even when they have approved other Messages, e.g. the Messages of Our Lady of Fatima, they do not obey them. We are as we were at that time of the last years of Jesus Christ's life on earth in mortal bodies. We are also in the last times of this civilization because if it does not convert and stop committing horrendous sins (homosexuality, abortion, education in sins for minors, euthanasia, tremendous offenses to God in His own House...), God is going to send a punishment, the end of this civilization.

What we are doing in this catechesis are prayer vigils. That is very necessary. Pray for the Church, for children, for ourselves and for your loved ones, and four our enemies... Due to lack of prayer in the convents, the evils entered the Church, Our Lady of the Roses tells us. Prayer is a first step, much needed. But we must take steps of obedience and follow that Way that Jesus teaches us. We have to imitate the great Saints.
